Octavia Coats

Octavia Coats is the CEO of Genesis Personal Home Care Service, LLC. Throughout her life she always enjoyed caring for others around her and promotes the importance of mental and physical health. Octavia spent many years in the healthcare field. Her experience includes being a CNA and QMA for over twenty years, special need and disability services, hospital care, private duty, home care, and much more. She dreamed of having her own agency for many years where she can care for seniors while allowing them to remain in the comfort of their homes. That dream became a reality in 2019 when Octavia created Genesis, an agency that reflects passion, experience, professionalism, and compassion for all that are serviced. In addition to her own knowledge and experience, Octavia enjoys teaching other caregivers how to excel in their profession. She continues to teach those that work alongside her.
